      We have a free test which you can try, prior to registering for a particular program.
  • Do I get a copy of the certificate by post or by email?
      For online training courses, you will receive a soft copy of the certificate to your email; however, if you attend our classroom training program, we issue you both a hard copy as well as a soft copy of the certificate.

  • Where and how can I access the e-learning content? Are there any limitations?

    Once you register with us for a course by paying the course fee, you can have 24/7 access to the e-learning content on our website. An automated course purchase confirmation mail will guide you through the process.

  • What is the schedule for virtual classes if I opt for a standard package?

    We will inform you about the schedule and the topic that would be covered, one week before the actual class commences, via email. The link (with the password) to join the virtual class would be sent to each candidate on the day the class is conducted.

  • How should I make the payment and what are the modes of payment available? Do I get a receipt or confirmation for the same?

    Payments can be made using any of the following options and receipt of the same will be issued to the candidate automatically via email.
