    Registration Policies
  • Full payment of the enrolment fee is required for registration.payment details
  • Currently we accept payments through

  • Registrations will be confirmed subject to availability & timely receipt of payment.
  • The published Prices DO NOT include taxes of any kind. Any applicable taxes, duties etc. are not included in the prices and the same have to be borne by the client.
  • On-spot registrations will be on first-come- first serve basis, and will be subject to seat availability.
  • Registrations are transferable within your organization on request till 3 days before the event date
  • Registration allows us to use the name of your organization in our future marketing activities as our customer.
    Discounts Policies
  • For ‘Early Bird’ Discounts, the registration and payment should be done before the cut-off date to avail the discounts.
  • Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offers.
    Refund Policies
No Questions Asked Refund policy: If, within THREE DAYS of enrolment, any delegate wants to cancel his/her registration for the training, Simplilearn will refund the fees after deducting a 5% administration and refund charge.

For cancellation requests received after three days of registration, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the training commencement date – 10% of total registration fee will be levied to cover administration costs & refund charges.
  • 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date – no refund paid.
  • Registrations are transferable within your organization on request till 3 days before the event date
    Course Rescheduling
Course Rescheduling/Cancellation by Simplilearn:

  • Simplilearn reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
  • If Simplilearn postpones/cancels a training event, the options available for the delegate are as under:

    • Ask for full refund: Delegate can ask for full refund if the rescheduled dates do not suit them
    • Reschedule to a future class in any location: Training fees already paid will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Simplilearn event
    • Delegate may send a replacement.
  • Simplilearn is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or any such events.
Course Rescheduling/Requested by the Delegate:

If for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to request for a rescheduling of registration to a future program, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

  • Rescheduling fee – 10% of the registration fees, to be paid within 7 days of receipt for a course rescheduling request.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of seats.
    Proprietary Use of Simplilearn Study Material
  • Simplilearn owns the Intellectual property rights of all the study materials provided to the delegates. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.
    Privacy Policy
  • If you enroll in a Simplilearn course you may also be featured in photos or videos of the Simplilearn classes.
  • Simplilearn will not distribute your personal information to any third party marketing database or disclose the personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting for the information or in case of legal requirements.
  • Your personal information could be used by us to inform you regarding other courses being provided by Simplilearn
