Registration Policy

  • Full payment of the enrolment fee is required for registration.
  • Currently we accept payments through

  • Registrations will be confirmed subject to availability & timely receipt of payment.
  • The published Prices DO NOT include taxes of any kind. Any applicable taxes, duties etc. are not included in the prices and the same have to be borne by the client.
  • On-spot registrations will be on first-come- first serve basis, and will be subject to seat availability.
  • Registrations are transferable within your organization on request till 3 days before the event date
  • Registration allows us to use the name of your organization in our future marketing activities as our customer.
Discounts Policy

From time to time, Simplilearn introduces discounts with limited validity periods.

For ‘Early Bird’ Discounts, the registration and payment should be done before the cut-off date to avail the discounts.
Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offers.

It is sole discretion of Simplilearn to change the discount amount at any point of time.

Course Rescheduling

Course Rescheduling/Cancellation by Simplilearn:

  • Simplilearn reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
  • If Simplilearn postpones/cancels a training event, the options available for the delegate are as under:
  • Ask for full refund: Delegate can ask for full refund if the rescheduled dates do not suit them
  • Reschedule to a future class in any location: Training fees already paid will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Simplilearn event
  • Delegate may send a replacement.
  • Simplilearn is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or any such events.

Course Rescheduling/Requested by the Delegate:

  • If for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to request for a rescheduling of registration to a future program, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
  • Rescheduling fee –
    • If rescheduling request made 15 days prior to the workshop date, no charges applicable
    • 20% of the registration fees paid, if rescheduling request made less than 15 days before the workshop date. This fee to be paid within 7 days of receipt for a course rescheduling request.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of seats.
Refund Policy

Online courses:

For refund requests received within 48 hours of subscribing to an online course, Simplilearn will refund the fees after deducting a 5% administration and refund charge. The refund amount will be refunded via the same mode through which the user has paid the enrollment fees.

Note: For third party courses like MS Project and MS SharePoint- If subscription code has been activated, Simplilearn will refund the fees after deducting a 50% administration and cancellation charge. If subscription code has not been activated, Simplilearn will refund the fees after deducting a 5% administration and refund charge.

Classroom courses:

No Questions Asked Refund policy: For refund requests received within 48 hours of subscribing to a classroom course, Simplilearn will refund the fees after deducting a 5% administration and refund charge. The refund amount will be refunded via the same mode through which the user has paid the enrollment fees.

For cancellation requests received after 48 hours of registration, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the training commencement date – 20% of total registration fee will be levied to cover administration costs & refund charges.
  • 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date – no refund paid.
  • Registrations are transferable within your organization on request till 3 days before the event date
