I was looking for a comprehensive course which could not only make me a Scrum Master but which could also help me understand the concepts of Agile, as Agile and Scrum go in tandem in today’s World. And that’s when I came across the (ASM) Agile Scrum Master Certification training provided by Simplilearn. The training and certification is particularly designed for in-depth knowledge of various agile techniques and Scrum in particular. Moreover, the flexi pass advantage of the course provides you with the convenience of attending multiple batches with the convenience of having to pay once. After completing the course any experienced project manager can progress right into the practice of Agile and help in the agile transformation process which is essential in practical environment. It also gives you a know-how of scaling agile which is relevant to many large enterprise projects.
Out of all the options available in the market although Certified Scrum Master (CSM) has its own recognition in the industry, I consider ASM as more valuable in terms of course content, practical adoption and relevance of content for experienced PMs. Furthermore, the course content is very well organized and gamified with scenario based topics and questionnaires for drawing interest and not making the journey monotonous.
In my current role, the concepts I learnt helped me a lot, especially in forming ETC and IC. The trainers of this course are very experienced and help with solutions for all practical scenarios as per industry standards which you could face in projects. The course content is a perfect blend of international standards with minute localized views. In a nutshell, I would recommend this course as the best course available in the market to understand the concepts of Scrum and Agile and become a Scrum Master. Anybody taking this course, will be highly impressed by all aspects of it and it would definitely help them in their careers to a great extent. Harish Mani, Principal Consultant
I would like to give a brief introduction about myself so that people have a context about my career path and can relate to it. I am currently working as a Principal consultant. I specialize in IT services such as IT consulting, business analysis, Process Re-engineering / Process framework, as well as audits for standards such as SOX / JSOX and ISO27001: 2005.

And that’s when I came across the (ASM) Agile Scrum Master Certification training provided by Simplilearn. I saw a lot of good stuff about Simplilearn on the internet. Moreover, it also came recommended to me by a friend and once I started going through the website it was very easy to register and get started. Any help required was also readily available via chat and customer service without having a 10 min wait period to talk to someone. I could also ask for a specific rep (since I had spoken to someone earlier) and I would get transferred. In short I got treated like a human being and not a service desk ticket number.
My current role is that of a BA in an AGILE project. This course has been very helpful in making me understand how the AGILE process works and has made my day to day working a lot easier as I was able to implement some of the learnings from this course in my project
I was especially impressed by the trainer, who had many years of experience in the Agile space and was able to conduct the training in a seamless manner with clearing all doubts which came across during the course. Throughout the course, not even a single second was boring and the gamified bits in the content made understanding the concepts even more fun. I was skeptical at first how would a live virtual class thing work for me, but then after taking this course, all my doubts are cleared and I think it’s even better than physical classrooms because you get to study with individuals from all across the globe and can learn from their experiences as well.
In a nutshell, I would recommend this course as the best course available in the market to understand the concepts of Scrum and Agile and become a Scrum Master. Priya Sutar, Technical Project Manager, Efkon India Pvt. Ltd.
I'm a software professional having more than 15 years of experience in software industry. I was playing a role of technology leader in my last company. My last company is a product company in Telecom and Healthcare domain. Came across couple of articles on Agile methodology on internet. Agile methodology in particular scrum methodology is the most effective methodology for developing complex software product in complex environment. I wanted to go into software project management. So I decided to take up a course in Agile Scrum methodology.
I evaluated various options for the course. There are few institutes in Mumbai which conduct week end batches for this course. My earlier experience with such week end classroom training was not good. The training is given in very fast pace. Also many-a-times the faculties are not up to the mark. I came to know about Simplilearn. When I browsed through its site, I got impressed. Simplilearn is a global company having good name in training industry. The best part of it is one can take training with his/her own pace. There is no bombarding of the concepts. Courses are well designed and the faculties are also experienced. Also one get access to lot of study material on its portal.
My faculty was Mr Sandeep Shouche. Sandeep has 20+ years of experience in software industry. Moreover he has played Scrum Master role in several projects. He articulated all Scrum concepts very well, addressed all our queries patiently and satisfactorily.
Overall it was a wonderful experience attending Sandeep's batch. Enjoyed learning with Simplilearn. I have taken up a new role of Technical Project Manager in my new company. Hoping to implement my Scrum knowledge on my new job.
Bhanu Chauhan, Distribution Team Manager, EA
I am working as a team manager with one of the leading companies in Gaming (Electronic Arts). We are the Distribution team for EA and we manage the game content on to various EA's client portals. I am working in the Software industry for last 9 years and to keep my knowledge updated it’s very necessary that I learn new and upcoming tools and techniques in the industry. ASM (Agile Scrum Master) by EXIN is a newly introduced course and I came across it on the recommendation of a colleague. It is very beneficial for a person pursuing career in the software industry and wants to grow further in it.
As I was not into core development process but just a part of it, it was not easy for me to understand the method of work as some of our internal teams use to follow SCRUM methodologies, but after taking this course I have been able to enhance my knowledge and I am able to keep myself on the same level as my colleagues working in the project with me. I am not only able to relate to the process but I am also able to resolve many internal process issues within the team, which in turn has helped me make the process better and more accurate.
As per my experience the trainer had excellent knowledge and with his vast experience in the topic and was able to relate to the terms and situations very easily. The examples provided were very helpful which made it easy to understand the topic. The presentation was also very well made with all the topics covered. Self-learning videos provided with the course helped a lot in revising all the topics as it was very clear with simple language. Overall, the course experience was phenomenal and I would suggest wanting to understand the concepts of scrum and aspiring to become Scrum Masters should take this course.
