Multiple Job Offers and a Massive 334% Salary Hike

I did a BE in Mechatronics engineering and am pursuing a distance learning MBA program in Operations Management from Anna University, Chennai. If I compare the salary hike, I have got a 154% hike from my current job at FLEX and a 334% salary hike from my job at Amazon, so basically, in 9-10 months, I have got a salary increment of 334%.
