The Journey
I have been an engineering student, completed my bachelor of engineering degree and got a job. I have been working as a customer support manager for almost 2 years. After gaining good work experience, I decided to change my job. I am now working as an Associate Business Analyst at Neosoft Technology.
The Challenge
The job as a customer support manager did not make me happy and satisfied. I wanted to work in a more technical role. My job didn’t have a lot of scope for learning and growth. I could not see myself reaching my dream job while being at the job. Even after working for almost 2 years, my skill set and growth didn’t meet my expectations.
I wanted to upgrade my skill set and have progressive growth. I have always wanted to work in a technical role. I found Business analysis a very intriguing area of work. So, I decided to switch my career. From being a Customer Support Manager to working as an Associate Business Analyst, I have learned a lot of new skills and had a smooth transition.
