Responsibilities:
● Design and develop engaging instructional materials, courses, and modules for our Ed Tech platform.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create effective learning
experiences.
● Apply instructional design principles to design and deliver engaging and learner-centered content.
● Ensure alignment of content with educational standards and best practices.
● Manage and lead a team of instructional designers, providing guidance and support.
● Conduct quality assurance checks on instructional materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in educational technology and instructional design.
● Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience of 5-6 years in instructional designing within the Ed Tech industry.
● Strong knowledge of instructional design models, theories, and methodologies.
● Excellent project management and team management skills.
● Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is an advantage.
● Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
