My name is Gabriela Avila, and I’m originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, now based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I currently work as an Interactive Marketing Specialist II at Caesars Entertainment, where I have been for nearly four years. My academic background is in International Relations and Strategic Communications, but throughout my career, I found myself increasingly involved in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving processes, increasing operational efficiency, and implementing automation. These experiences sparked my interest in project management and inspired me to develop the skills needed to lead projects more effectively.
