I’m Erick Perafan, and I currently work at JPMorgan Chase as part of their travel team. My career has taken me through various roles, from instructing new hires at JetBlue Airways to becoming a team leader and trainer at JPMorgan. Over the years, I’ve honed my leadership skills, but I reached a point where I wanted more growth. To take my career to the next level and explore new opportunities, I chose to upskill through Simplilearn’s PMP Certification program. The journey has given me a fresh perspective on leadership and has equipped me with the knowledge to take on more significant roles within my organisation.
