I feel challenged to work on only a specific thing in my career. The accompanying stagnancy in any part of life, including my career, frustrates me. And often, this feeling encourages me to change and look for a new, better, and more challenging role that helps personal development and learning new things. This is Naina Jiddewar from Nagpur. I enrolled in Simplilearn for a domain change. Switching from hardware to software required hard work and dedication. However, I combat everything to reach where I am, which becomes possible due to the contribution of Simplilearn.
The Journey
I am an electrical engineer from G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur. I secured a job at an organization on remote hardware technical support. It was a core job concerning my field of education, where I worked for nearly a year. The redundant work brought my career and curiosity to a halt. I needed more challenging work that would keep me active. What would be best other than to pursue one’s passion? Concerning the same, I enrolled for the course which I liked but lacked in knowledge.
The Challenge
Life was good and satisfactory but not enjoyable. I have always found myself interested in the software domain rather than hardware technology, where I previously worked. To make my career journey more interesting and fun, I decided to take up a new course and see myself in a different place. I wanted to be where I liked and feel satisfied with my work. The requirement of a blended learning approach was necessary for me owing to the continuation of my previous job.
Simplilearn Solution
The overall experience at Simplilearn was great. I enrolled in a Full stack Development Master’s program. Going into a new field required dedication, hard work, and a high amount of input from my end. However, it also required an educator’s help, which was always available at Simplilearn. The faculty and services there reciprocated the same amount of hard work and dedication as I did. It eventually helped me develop and progress from my previous position. The career assistance program shaped the path for my career, helping me create career goals for myself. Simplilearn was indeed the solution I was looking for.
