My Career Journey So Far
I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Gujarat Technological University. I also have a diploma in Advanced Computing. After completing my studies, I worked as an intern with Sattvam Soft, after which I joined LogicBuzz Infotech as a Back-end Developer last year.
Since I wanted to be a software developer, I decided to upskill via Simplilearn. I am currently working as an Associate Software Engineer with Galaxy Weblinks Inc.
The Challenge
While working as a back-end developer, I started searching for more professional opportunities and a higher-paying job. That is when I realized that software development is a field that has immense opportunities and it pays well.
So, I started applying to various companies, but I quickly understood that I lacked certain skills needed to be a software developer. Since my education was in mechanical engineering, I knew very little about software development. That’s when I decided to upskill myself, and I began my research on the internet.
The Simplilearn Solution
I was looking for a platform that would help me learn the basics of Java and other programming languages. I wanted to learn everything from scratch.
