I live in Lusaka, Zambia, where I am a software developer at RCCG Information Gateway. I received a bachelor’s degree in banking and financial services from Redeemer’s University, and I have a wealth of experience as an information technology consultant.
I decided to upskill myself because I realized I lacked some advanced-level skills to grow professionally. To help improve my work performance, and enrolled in Simplilearn’s ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Training Course. One of the features I like best is the course provided a flexible schedule, which allowed me to learn while working.
