I work with an Australia-based telecommunications company called Telstra Global. I earned my master’s degree in mobile communications from Leeds Beckett University, and have worked in this field for the past 13 years, performing different roles with Indian and international organizations. I’d like to share my journey from being a pre-sales executive to becoming a senior solutions consultant at my company.
As a pre-sales consultant, I was expected to understand the unique business challenges of my clients and offer solutions that helped them achieve their business goals.
