He has applied Lean Six Sigma in several industries such as Manufacturing and Transportation and in many departments from IS to Supply Chain. 

Today, he works as a director of performance innovation at Conifer Health Solutions, based in Frisco, TX. Conifer offers a comprehensive array of healthcare management solutions for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups.
