William (Bill) Bailey is a cybersecurity instructor at Simplilearn and VP of Information Security at Police & Fire FCU in Philadelphia. With 20+ years in systems design and 15+ years focused on information security, privacy, and risk, he has worked across healthcare, retail, insurance, logistics, utilities, and financial services. Bill delivers online and in-person training on CISA, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, and cybersecurity topics. He holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix in Information Systems and Technology Management and has taught cybersecurity courses at University of Phoenix, Rowan College, and Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Bill has also trained professionals, military personnel, and organizations globally while speaking at multiple B-Sides events.
