Manuel is the inventor of GECaBi®, an agile, secure and hybrid neo-design platform of computer hardware, integrated circuits, software protocols and computer networks. He is also a four year veteran of the United States Marine at Camp David who worked directly with President Ronald Reagan and was involved in a number of top secret security clearance initiatives.
