Lean Six Sigma provides a proven methodology to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and increase quality, regardless of industry or specialty. Today’s IT organizations face challenges common to many industries Bullet 1: This course will introduce you to a powerful set of concepts and tools that can be used to address these challenges, including cost, quality, and time. Bullet 2: To supplement the concepts and tools you will be learning, the course will highlight examples and case studies designed to reinforce and provide insight into the improvements that are possible using lean six sigma.
