• What is the attendance criteria?

  Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, participation in management festivals or co-curricular activities, etc., subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied.

• What is the evaluation criteria for the programme?

  Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

• What is Executive Education Alumni Status?

  The participants who will complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore.  They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:

  • 2-year membership – INR 1000/- + applicable taxes

  • Lifetime membership – INR 10,000/- + applicable taxes

  Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni:

  1. Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore

  2. Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only)

  3. Official email ID of the institute.

  Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer or withhold executive education alumni status.

  IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice.

  Only the courts at Indore, India will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Alumni membership being granted.

• What is the refund policy for the program?

  You are eligible for 100% refund* 1 week before the cohort start date. No refunds prior to that.
  *Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund

• What is campus Immersion?

  The campus immersion is a mandatory, intensive 3-day event held at the scenic IIM Indore campus, designed to be a cornerstone of the learning experience. It is your opportunity to move beyond the screen for in-person collaboration, networking and high-impact workshops.

  • Engage with Faculty: You will participate in interactive sessions and workshops led by the distinguished IIM Indore professors you have been learning from online.
  • Network with Peers: It's a chance to work closely with other experienced professionals from diverse industries, building relationships that last long after the programme ends.

• How much time should I dedicate per week to succeed in this program?

  ​​​​​​To succeed in this program, you should dedicate 4- hours per week for learning and assignments.

• Is prior knowledge of AI or analytics required to join?

  ​​​​​​No it is not required.

• How does this program integrate AI tools and analytics platforms?

  • Covers AI and Generative AI algorithms, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Provides hands-on learning using tools like Python, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Applies AI and analytics techniques across key business domains such as marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Includes faculty-led sessions, case studies, and a capstone project to apply AI tools and analytics platforms in real-world scenarios.

• What is the session schedule and time commitment for the programme?

  The programme is conducted as follows:

  • Saturday, First Session: 02:30 PM to 03:45 PM (IST)
  • Saturday, Second Session: 04:00 PM to 05:15 PM (IST)
  • Third Session (Wednesday): 07:00 PM to 08:15 PM (IST)

  The third session will be scheduled as and when required for the timely completion of the programme.

  The time gap between two consecutive Saturday sessions is provided to give participants a break. On some days, classes may extend beyond the mentioned time.

  In addition to attending the interactive sessions, participants are required to undertake online quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
