FAQs

• What is the attendance criteria?

  Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, participation in management festivals or co-curricular activities, etc., subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied.

• What is the evaluation criteria for the programme?

  Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

• What is Executive Education Alumni Status?

  The participants who will complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:

  • Lifetime membership – INR 10,000/- + applicable taxes

  Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni:
  
  1. Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore
  2. Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only)
  3. Official email ID of the institute.
  
  Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer or withhold executive education alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice.
  
  Only the courts at Indore, India will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Alumni membership being granted.

• What is the refund policy for the program?

  i. The fee refund may be done (excluding the application fee) to the candidates whose applications were not processed/rejected by the Institute. All conditions where the applications are not admitted to a programme will be eligible for a refund of fee except the application fee and bank charges (where applicable).
  
  ii. Refund may not be made for the cases where Institute has accepted the profile for offering admission in the programme and subsequent withdrawal is requested by the participant. Such requests will beevaluated on a case to case basis.
  
  iii. No refund shall be made after the commencement of the programme.

• What is campus Immersion?

  The campus immersion is a mandatory, intensive 3-day event held at the scenic IIM Indore campus, designed to be a cornerstone of the learning experience. It is your opportunity to move beyond the screen for in-person collaboration, networking and high-impact workshops.

  • Engage with Faculty: You will participate in interactive sessions and workshops led by the distinguished IIM Indore professors you have been learning from online.
  • Network with Peers: It's a chance to work closely with other experienced professionals from diverse industries, building relationships that last long after the programme ends.
  • Experience the Culture: You can immerse yourself in the academic environment of one of India's premier business schools, gaining a new perspective on your leadership journey.

• Does Simplilearn provide 24/7 support for learners?

  Our dedicated team will support you via email, chat, calls, and slack forums. On-demand assistance is offered to help you complete this program.

• What is the learning pedagogy?

  The pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage the use of technology. It will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, sync, real-life case studies, quizzes, and group-based exploratory project work.

• Can I update or change my registered email ID?

• What is the session schedule and time commitment for the programme?

  Courses will be delivered through on-line mode using an appropriate technology Synchronized platform. Lectures will be delivered through broadband-based technology involving two-way audio and video communication. Sessions will be held once a week, on the weekends. Participants can attend sessions directly from their desktop/laptop (Direct-2-device). Participants will be provided reading materials etc. for each course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/ chat mode.

  The programme is conducted as follows:

  • Saturday, First Session: 02:30 PM to 03:45 PM (IST)
  • Saturday, Second Session: 04:00 PM to 05:15 PM (IST)

  OR

  • Sunday, First session: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (IST)
  • Sunday, Second session: 12:00 PM to 01:15 PM (IST)

  **Sunday session will be scheduled as and when required for the timely completion of the programme.

  The time gap between two consecutive sessions is provided to give participants a break. On some days, classes may extend beyond the mentioned time. In addition to attending the interactive sessions, participants are required to undertake online quizzes, assignments, and examinations.

• How long will I have access to university session recordings and learning materials?

  As per the unviersity policy, validity of the university session recordings and learning materials is 3 days from the date of sharing.

  This policy is as decided by the university and can be changed at their discretion anytime during the course. Simplilearn is not liable for such changes.

• Are there any corporate discounts?

  Discount for MOU Partners and Bulk Nominations: An organization sponsoring five or more participants to this Programme will be entitled to a group discount of 10% ONLY on the programme fee payable (INR 1,76,250/-) provided that at least five participants actually attend the programme.
