About the Course

Most people try an AI tool once, get an okay answer, and never really go further. The problem usually isn't the tool. It's knowing what to ask and how to ask it.

This course starts with the basics, like what Claude is, how it's different from a search engine, and where it can go wrong. Then it moves into the practical stuff. You'll learn a simple formula for writing better prompts, how to improve answers with follow-up questions, and how to use Claude for real tasks like tough emails, meeting notes, report

FAQs

  • Do I need to pay for Claude to take this course?

No. You can follow most of the course with the free version of Claude. There's a lesson on the Free, Pro, and Max plans, so you can decide later if upgrading makes sense for you.

  • I'm not very good with technology. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes. The course starts from zero and uses everyday work examples. If you can write an email, you can use Claude.

  • What is the RCTF formula?

It stands for Role, Context, Task, and Format. It's a simple way to structure your prompts so Claude knows who it's acting as, what the situation is, what you need, and how you want the answer laid out.

  • Is it safe to paste work documents into Claude?

It depends on what's in them. The course covers this in detail. The short version: keep out personal details, passwords, and anything your company considers confidential.

  • What should I do if Claude gives me a wrong answer?

It happens, and the course shows you how to catch it. Always double-check facts, numbers, and names, especially if you're sharing the work with others.

  • Can I upload PDFs and long reports?

Yes. You'll learn how to upload files, ask questions about them, and pull out just the parts you need.

  • What's the difference between a chat and a Project in Claude?

A chat is a single conversation. A Project lets you keep files and instructions in one place, so Claude has that background every time you start a new chat inside it.

  • Is this course useful if I already use ChatGPT or Gemini?

Yes. Most of the prompting and review skills work across all AI tools. You'll also learn a few features that are specific to Claude.

  • How long will it take to finish the course?

The course has 16 lessons and about six hours of video. Most people spread it over a couple of weeks, but you can go as fast or slow as you like.

  • Can I skip lessons and jump to the ones I need?

You can, but we'd suggest doing the first four lessons in order. They cover the basics and the prompt formula that the later lessons build on.

  • Will I be able to use Claude for my own tasks by the end?

That's the whole idea. In the last lesson, you'll build your own prompt library and a 30-day plan based on the work you actually do.

  • Will this help me in job interviews?

It can. Many employers now ask how you use AI tools. Being able to talk about how you write prompts and check AI output is a real plus.

  • What's a good first step after I finish?

Pick one task you do every day, like replying to emails or writing meeting notes, and use Claude for it for a week. Small, regular practice is what turns this into a habit.
