     In case you wish to cancel your enrollment and apply for a refund, you have to raise a refund request within 7 days of the first online live class held for the program whether attended by you or not. Your refund entitlement is void if you have either attended an Online Live Class or if you have received recordings for one or more live classes or if you have accessed more than 25% of the content of any e-learning course module or if you have downloaded any e-book. Notwithstanding the above, the booking fee paid by you towards securing your seat in the program shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.
