Programme Details

The 12-week Oxford Programme in Leadership Skills with AI combines theory with hands-on experimentation, ensuring your learning aligns well with the modern organisational demands.

Learning Path

    • You will explore leadership identity, emotional intelligence and adaptive leadership styles, drawing on frameworks such as Goleman’s six styles and Grint’s problem typology.
    • You will analyse team dynamics, psychological safety and organisational culture, and examine how leaders shape performance and navigate change.
    • You will examine the evolving role of business in addressing societal challenges and assess the trade-offs between profitability and purpose.

    • Using structured tools such as the ‘Pick your battle’ framework, you will evaluate strategic alignment between organisational capabilities, stakeholder expectations and long-term impact.

    • You will step into the role of a senior leader at Nexora Logistics and define a pressing organisational challenge.

    • Building on Part 1, you will classify the nature of the problem, clarify complexity and begin structuring your approach, using AI as a disciplined thinking partner.

    • You will gather and evaluate information using systems thinking and SWOT analysis.

    • You will learn to classify sources, surface assumptions and structure ambiguity, while using AI responsibly to generate insight and test interpretation.

    • You will apply root cause analysis tools such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone diagram to identify underlying drivers of performance issues.

    • You will then use the importance–urgency matrix to prioritise action and make explicit leadership trade-offs.

    • You will generate, evaluate and justify strategic solutions.

    • Using structured criteria to assess feasibility, risk and impact, you will develop a clear recommendation and use AI to refine messaging, anticipate objections and strengthen reasoning.

  • The programme culminates in a 1,500-word formative project. You will define a leadership challenge, diagnose root causes, prioritise action and develop a justified strategic recommendation, reflecting critically on your use of AI.
