  Simplilearn believes in our highly effective blended learning methodology and its ability to provide learners with the knowledge and confidence to pass the TOGAF® Foundation exam in the first attempt. If you do not pass the TOGAF® Foundation exam on the first attempt, Simplilearn will offer a voucher (free of charge) to the students to retake the exam .

  To ensure your success, we strongly recommend that you take the exam within a week of the course completion date—or a maximum of 45 days from the completion of the online training. This way, the course materials will be fresh in your mind.

  Terms and Conditions for qualifying:
  This Exam Pass Guarantee applies only to Simplilearn’s TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture instructor led learning. The guarantee is valid only for participants who have paid the entire enrollment fee.
  
  The guarantee becomes void if:

  • Participants do not take the TOGAF Foundation examination within 45 days of unlocking the certificate.
  • Participants do not maintain 100% attendance during the training sessions.
  • Participants fail to book their exam within 6 months from the date of enrollment 
  • Participants do not follow the instructions of the trainer and do not complete the exercises given during the training.
  • Participants do not submit the required documents to Simplilearn.
  • Participants failed to request a refund within 15 days of receiving their results 
     

• What is the last date for registration to appear for TOGAF® Certification Exam?

  The examination date can be decided by the candidate, once he or she registers with Pearson VUE.

• How long does it take to get TOGAF® certification exam results?

  Usually you will receive notification of your pass or fail status within a few minutes of completing your exam in the form of a printed score report. In addition, you can obtain your score reports from within The Open Group Pearson VUE testing account. Occasionally, if a score report is unable to be printed, you will only receive the electronic copy. A result shown as “pending” indicates that Pearson VUE is still generating the score report, which may take a few hours.

• Who are the instructors for the live classroom training for TOGAF® certification course?

  All of our highly qualified trainers are TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certified based on TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition with more than 14 years of experience in implementing TOGAF® framework.

• Is this live TOGAF® training, or will I watch pre-recorded videos?

  All of the classes are conducted live online. They are interactive sessions that enable you to ask questions and participate in discussions during class time. We do, however, provide recordings of each TOGAF® training session you attend for your future reference.

  Individuals who hold the TOGAF 9 Certified qualification are able to add TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification via a bridging path recognizing their existing knowledge. This bridging path focuses on the new and expanded features of the TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition. 

• How do I register for a TOGAF® certification exam session on Simplilearn?

  Learners need to register on the Pearson VUE website with a TOGAF®F certification exam voucher provided by Simplilearn to schedule the exam.

• What certification will I receive after completing the TOGAF® certification training?

  After successful completion of the TOGAF® training, you will be awarded the TOGAF® course completion certificate. Once you clear the exam you will then receive the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation certification from The Open Group.

• How does the TOGAF® online classroom training work?

  Online classroom training for TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture is conducted via live streaming by a TOGAF®-certified trainer with over 15 years of work experience. The class is attended by a global audience to enrich your learning experience. All the classes are conducted live and online. They are interactive sessions that enable you to ask questions and participate in discussions during class time. We also provide recordings of each TOGAF® training session you attend for your future reference.

• What tools do I need to attend the TOGAF® training sessions?

  • The tools you’ll need to attend TOGAF® training are:

    • Windows: Windows XP SP3 or higher

    • Mac: OSX 10.6 or higher

    • Internet speed: Preferably 512 Kbps or higher

    • Headset, speakers and microphone: You’ll need headphones or speakers to clearly hear the instructions, as well as a microphone to communicate with the trainer and your peers. You can use a headset with a built-in microphone, or a separate speaker-microphone arrangement.

• Who are our faculties and how are they selected?

  All of our highly qualified trainers are TOGAF®-certified, with more than 15 years of experience in training and working in the IT domain. Each of them have gone through a rigorous selection process which includes profile screening, technical evaluation, and a training demo before they are certified to train for us.
