  The course is built for senior professionals with 10+ years of experience and a graduate degree in any discipline. • How can an AI Strategy, Leadership & Transformation help business leaders?

  The course moves through three phases — Sense, Build, and Transform — taking you from making sense of AI to driving enterprise-wide change. You start with AI as a business capability and generative AI foundations, then progress through digital transformation, organizational design, governance, workforce strategy, and change management, testing every concept against a working business through cases and simulations.

• Will I learn how to create an AI transformation roadmap for my organization?

  Yes. The capstone project is a board-ready AI Transformation Blueprint for your own organization, covering AI-driven sources of competitive advantage, organizational diagnosis and capability gap analysis, workforce transformation and competency architecture, change management and leadership intervention design, and a governance, ethics, culture, and execution roadmap.

• Do I need prior AI, data science, or technical knowledge to join this course?

  No. No coding or data-science background is required. The course keeps AI at the level of judgment and decision-making, where senior calls get made. Business judgment, experience running a team or function, and curiosity about AI are enough.

• What is the refund policy?

• What are the course completion criteria?

  To successfully complete the program and receive the Certificate of Completion from Educational Outreach, IIT Bombay, participants must:

  • Maintain a minimum 80% attendance in the live sessions.
  • Successfully complete the course assessments, comprising:

    • Short quizzes during sessions (40%)

    • Capstone Project at the end of the course (60%)

  The course follows a weekend-only schedule to accommodate working professionals.
