Today, nearly every organization in every industry has to adapt to the demands and methods of the Digital Economy. The most successful Digital Economy organizations empower their engineers to make the best contributions they can.
Empowered Engineers do great technical work, but they also do much more. They are empowered by their direct contact with customers to understand their requirements and by their interactions with all of the members of the product team, from the Product Manager to the UX designer, from the documentation team to Marketing. Because they are empowered, they are positioned to help define products and make key technology decisions.
Join us on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 9 PM IST (8:30 AM PDT / 11:30 AM EDT) to hear from Avital Arora, VP of Engineering at Salesforce. Avital will discuss how you can become an Empowered Engineer. She’ll cover:
- What an Empowered Engineer is
- Leading on Technology Decisions
- Maintaining a strong focus on the customer

- Getting positioned to help decide MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
The live webinar will include a Q&A with Avital. (If you register and can’t make the live webinar, we will send you a link to the recording after the event.)
