The events of 2020 have changed the job market in significant ways. The process of searching for a job will be different in 2021 than in pre-pandemic times. To get the job you want in 2021, you need to understand how top companies recruit in this new environment.
The right skills and experience are not enough by themselves to make you stand out from other job seekers. A well-built resume will help you showcase your qualifications in a way that helps recruiters see how you fit with their job openings. Equally important, the right mindset will help you present yourself in the best possible light, and can be the difference between getting hired and getting passed over.
