  Participants must attend at least 70% of sessions per course. Falling below this may result in grade penalties, with severe shortages leading to an ‘F’ grade. Regular attendance and active participation are mandatory.

• What is the refund policy?

  10% of the fee (for an admission cycle) will be deducted if the participant withdraws before the program commences. No fee will be refunded once the program starts.

• What is the deferral or batch transfer policy?

  "In case a participant is not able to complete the programme with the current batch for some unavoidable circumstances, she/he will be given the opportunity to complete the programme with one of the next two batches after paying the differential fee, provided the programme is offered at that time. This, however, will require the institute's prior approval.

  If a participant fails to complete the programme even with the next two batches, her/his registration will automatically get cancelled, and the participant will be considered as a dropout in that case."

  Note: While rejoining the subsequent batch after the break, a participant must pay a rejoining fee ranging from Rs. 10,000/- to 20,000/-. In case of any further course fee revision, the participant will have to pay the difference to rejoin the programme.

• What are the session timings for the ePGD Programme in Leadership and Strategy by IIM Kashipur?
