Prof. Dr. Florian Hummel
Florian Hummel has been Professor of Strategic Management and Vice-Rector for International Affairs at IU International University since 2017. He wrote his dissertation at the University of Sheffield on "A case study analysis of the effects of the Bologna Declaration on higher and vocational education in Germany". Prof. Hummel has worked at various Universities - as a faculty member, Dean, Vice-President and CEO. In addition, he works as an external examiner and advisor for higher education programme development and quality assurance.
About Prof. Dr. Malte Martensen
Professor Martensen teaches and conducts research at IU International University of Applied Sciences. He specializes in leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational psychology, human resources management and the digitalization of work. Professor Martensen is also an associate partner at Mercer and consults organizations on strategic HRM. He is a speaker, trainer, certified coach, and author.
