Dr. Kalyan Bhaskar - Associate Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur

Dr. Kalyan Bhaskar is a faculty member at XLRI Jamshedpur and Chairperson of the Strategy Area. His teaching and research focus on sustainability and public policy, with publications in academic journals, technical reports, and leading Indian dailies. 

He has served on several national and international policy committees on circular economy, e-waste, and sustainability standards, and currently contributes to standards-setting initiatives with the Bureau of Indian Standards and UL (Underwriters' Laboratories).

Dr. Saurav Snehvrat - Associate Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur

Dr. Saurav Snehvrat is a faculty member in Strategic Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a PhD from IIM Ranchi, and received academic distinction during his MBA.

His research interests span paradox theory, ambidexterity, innovation, and strategy at the base of the pyramid. He teaches courses in strategic management, managing innovation, and corporate culture, creativity, and innovation.
