  1. If the participant does not clear the exam in the 1st attempt, Simplilearn will reimburse the re-examination fees of USD 335. Participants are required to take the re-exam within 30 days of the first attempt result date.
  2. If the participant does not clear the exam in the 2nd attempt, Simplilearn will reimburse the re-examination fees of USD 335. Participants are required to take the re-exam within 30 days of the second attempt result date.
  3. If the participant does not clear the exam in the 3rd attempt as well (maximum number of attempts permissible by PMI® in a year), Simplilearn will refund the balance of enrollment fees paid by the participant at time of enrolling for this course.
  4. For Simplilearn to reimburse the re-examination fees, participants are requested to provide us the scorecards of each attempt. Without the scorecards, the reimbursement will not be processed.
  5. Kindly note that participants are required to pay the (PMI-ACP)SM re-examination fees directly to the PMI®. Simplilearn will be reimbursing the fees to students subsequently.

  • Participants are required to e-mail scanned copies of the scorecards of each attempt to support@simplilearn.com along with the (PMI-ACP)SM workshop location and date
  • Simplilearn will reimburse the amount payable within 30 days of us receiving all the documents from you.
  • The mode of reimbursement will be the same as the mode used by the participant to pay the enrollment fees. For example, if a participant has paid through PayPal, Simplilearn will reimburse through PayPal only.

  • Participants will have access to Simplilearn's e-learning course from the day of registration itself. Participants are advised to go through the online course at least once (8 hours) as this will ensure a strong start for your learning process.

When the guarantee is void?

  • Participants not taking the (PMI-ACP)SM examination within 30 days of the classroom training completion date.
  • Participants not taking the re-exam within 30 days of the previous attempt result date.
  • Participants not maintaining 100% attendance in the 3 days classroom training.
  • Participants not going through the e-learning content. 8 hours of online study is required for you to familiarize yourself with the course.
  • Failing to score at least 80% on first attempt in 2 (PMI-ACP)SM simulation tests available online at Simplilearn.com.
  • Participant not following the instructions of the trainer and not completing the exercises given in the classroom training.
  • Participants not submitting the required documents to Simplilearn.
