    The 30-day period does not include the day of the exam appointment. For example, candidates who schedule their exam for May 5 must reschedule or cancel the exam on or before April 4 to avoid a fee. 
     
    Within two days of your appointment:

Within two days of your exam appointment, you will be unable to cancel your appointment and you will forfeit the entire exam fee.
