Certified Business Analysis Program course material is quite extensive and videos were very intuitive. All the concepts were articulated very well. Two good experiences worth mentioning were - (1) In between there was an upgrade of the Learning Management System and the LMS was down for 3 days. To compensate for that they gave us an additional time of 1 month to complete the course. (2) I completed the course but forgot to download the certificate. I realized it only a couple of days after my access had expired. I requested that I be given access to the system for a couple of hours so that I can download the certificate. I was immediately given access to the system for 3 days - No questions asked. This was wonderful. Overall I would say, SimpliLearn is Simply Fabulous
