He brings a decade of production AI and engineering experience across companies including Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Kony, with work spanning LLM integration, NLP, responsible AI, full stack development and published patents in ML recommendation algorithms and graph theory.

He has hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, observability tooling, and full stack development across Java, C#, React, and Node.js. He regularly speaks and writes about practical AI development, focusing on what it takes to move from prototype to production.
